Payment per Post (Listing Fees) • All payments made to list an item on TradesBybarter are non-refundable once the post becomes active. • This means that once you, as a user or seller, successfully list an item on the platform, the associated listing fee cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
  2. Monthly Subscriptions • If you purchase a monthly subscription plan, you are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided you have not listed any item on the platform during that period. • If you successfully list an item within the 24-hour window, or after the window has passed, your payment becomes non-refundable.
  3. Payments for Bidding on Auctions • Payments made to participate in bidding for an auction are strictly non-refundable once completed. • Regardless of whether you win the auction or not, the payment to place a bid is final.
  4. Payments to Host an Auction (Auction Placement Fees) • Once you successfully place an item for auction on the platform and the auction goes live, the associated fee is non-refundable.
  5. General Conditions • Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with other users, change of mind, or incorrect listings after activation. • We encourage all users to review their posts and intentions carefully before making payments.
